Real advice — from people who’ve been there.
Your project’s success is the only consulting outcome we care about. We give you what’s actually worked on the projects we’ve delivered — InfraPro running underneath your delivery, and engineers alongside it for the calls a system can’t make.
Don’t overthink it. Consulting is just helping you deliver.
We’ve run electrification projects ourselves — and built InfraPro to capture what we learned. So when we advise you, it’s grounded. Not slides. Not borrowed frameworks. The way we actually delivered, and where the work tripped us up.
InfraPro will track every part of delivery we’ve learned to track — schedule, cost, materials, crews, compliance. But a system can’t tell you how to get a pole up a steep hillside when the truck can’t reach the base, or which contact at the utility unblocks a stalled submission. That’s where consulting picks up: the calls that need a human, made by engineers who’ve made them before.
Most pitfalls on these projects, we’ve already seen. Our job is to flag them before they bite, and to bring engineers to your side when you’re behind and need to catch up.
Your project’s success is the consulting outcome we care about.
That’s why we built InfraPro.
Six things we actually do when you bring us in.
Not a deck. Not a slide. Concrete moves we can make on your project, today.
Get you delivering on time
Pull-through advisory at every milestone — we help you spot where the schedule is slipping before it’s a crisis, and propose what to do about it. Less friction, more delivery.
Set up project visibility through InfraPro
We configure InfraPro for your project so the whole team — site, finance, leadership — sees what’s actually happening. Not what the Friday report claims.
Pitfall foresight
We’ve seen what goes wrong on these projects — the supplier that disappears, the variation that wasn’t scoped, the utility submission that comes back rejected on a technicality. We’ll flag the ones we expect to bite you, before they do.
Bring a team to boost yours
When you’re behind and need to catch up, we can bring engineers to your side — short-term, scoped to the gap. Not a retainer; just engineers when you need them.
Strategy, brainstorming, the calls that matter
Workshops with your team on the decisions that will shape delivery: phasing, contractor split, materials sourcing, risk allocation. We bring our experience; your team brings the project context. We figure it out together.
Knock the right doors · navigate compliance
Introductions to KPLC, EPRA, utilities, suppliers, third-party consultants. We’ll help you frame submissions, respond to queries, and reach the people whose call matters. We’ve done this work; we know who to talk to.
A short list of consulting clichés we don’t do.
- ×Frameworks borrowed from industries we’ve never worked in.
- ×Recommendations that need a re-engagement to actually implement.
- ×Hour billing for time we spent reading the brief.
- ×Decks that say a lot and decide nothing.

Things people ask before booking.
What does a typical consulting engagement look like?
It varies. Sometimes it's a one-week scoping read on a project you're evaluating. Sometimes it's an embedded engineer alongside your project manager for a phase. Sometimes it's a single regulator-introduction call. We adapt to what the project needs rather than charge into a fixed offering.
Do you have your own engineers, or do you sub-contract?
Our own. The people you work with on an engagement have actually run electrification projects with Emeran. We don't farm work out to a contractor pool — the engineer who shows up on the call is the same one you brief.
Are we locked into using InfraPro if we engage you for consulting?
No. InfraPro reflects how we deliver and is part of how we think — but consulting is consulting. If you would rather use your existing system or none at all, we will work that way and still bring the operational experience.
How is this different from a traditional consulting firm?
We don't borrow frameworks from industries we've never worked in. We don't bill for time spent reading the brief. We don't deliver decks that need a re-engagement to implement. The recommendations come with hands attached.
Where do you take consulting work?
Same footprint as our delivery work — Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia. Remote engagements are fine when the work allows; site engagements are scoped per project.
How do we engage you?
Tell us the decision or the stuck part. We'll come back with what we would do, what it would cost, and the timeline — usually within a couple of working days.
Got a project you need a real read on?
Tell us the decision you’re trying to make — or the part of delivery that’s stuck. We’ll come back with how we’d help.
